# $X Token

$X Token - XMessenger rewards users for holding the $X token which gives them access to additional functions and also a share in the revenue generated by the platform. $X is an ERC-20 token that is on the Ethereum blockchain and has a fixed supply of 100,000,000 tokens. The platform charges a 0.5% to 1% fee(depending on service) on every transaction and distributes on a monthly basis as follows;

-60% revenue share

-30% buyback and burn of $X Tokens

-10% x operations

***\*Encrypted messaging is free-to-use as we want everyone to have a safe environment in communicating.***

How revenue share works;\
\
Example Holder A has 100,000 $X tokens by end of month and total revenue generated was 10,000 ETH;\
\
Revenue Share = (100,000 tokens / 100,000,000 total supply) x 0.6 revenue share x 10,000 ETH revenue = 6 ETH
